
I am a mixed-methods UX researcher with experience across software, hardware, and robotics.
My work combines qualitative and quantitative research to understand how people interact with technologies and inform solutions that help them accomplish their goals. I seek to reduce uncertainty and give product teams the evidence they need to make confident decisions.
I care about the entire product life-cycle, from the first rough concept to the finished product—and I use evaluation and experimentation, including innovative methods like 3D printing, to close the gap between the two.
I have a background in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, and Cognitive Neuroscience, and over ten years of human-centered research in academia and industry.
